1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Five Guys JV Ltd, of 1 Bard Road, London, W10 6TP (“Five Guys”).
2. Promotion
2.1 The Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Shake Keyring Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is a purchase-required promotion.
2.2 Customers who purchase a qualifying milkshake in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive one (1) co-branded Five Guys x Jimmy’s Iced Coffee keyring, subject to availability.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion starts on 30 March 2026.
3.2 The Promotion will run while stocks last.
3.3 Once all promotional keyrings have been distributed at a participating store, the Promotion will no longer be available at that location.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Promotion is open to customers in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).
4.2 There is no age restriction for participation.
4.3 Employees of Five Guys JV Ltd, Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Ltd, and their immediate families, as well as anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, reserve the right to be excluded at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. Qualifying Purchase
5.1 To qualify, customers must purchase a regular-sized Five Guys milkshake that includes the Jimmy’s Iced Coffee mix-in.
5.2 The Promotion is valid for in-store purchases and click & collect orders only.
5.3 Delivery orders are excluded from this Promotion.
6. Reward Details
6.1 Customers will receive one (1) co-branded Five Guys x Jimmy’s Iced Coffee keyring per qualifying milkshake purchased.
6.2 All keyrings are identical.
6.3 There is no cash alternative, refund, or exchange available for the keyring.
7. Redemption
7.1 The keyring will be provided automatically at the shake pick-up station at participating Five Guys locations, subject to availability.
7.2 No claim can be made for a keyring after leaving the restaurant.
7.3 Five Guys accepts no liability once promotional stock at a location has been depleted.eyrings at any specific store or time.
8. Stock Availability
8.1 Promotional stock is limited and allocated to individual stores.
8.2 Availability may vary by location and demand.
8.3 Five Guys does not guarantee availability of keyrings at any specific store or time.
9. Returns
9.1 In the event of a refund or replacement of a qualifying milkshake, customers may retain the keyring (if already received), subject to Five Guys’ standard refund policies.
10. General
10.1 The keyring is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
10.2 Five Guys reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3 Five Guys accepts no responsibility for any inability to participate in the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.4 This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Partner Acknowledgement
11.1 This Promotion features Jimmy’s Iced Coffee. Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Ltd is not the promoter of this Promotion.
