EMAIL Sign-Up Giveaway T&Cs

1. Promoter

The promoter is Five Guys JV Ltd (“Five Guys”), registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Promotion Name

This promotion is called the Five Guys Monthly Newsletter Sign-Up Giveaways.

3. Promotion Period

This is an ongoing promotion beginning in November 2025 and continuing for the foreseeable future. Five Guys reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time (see Section 13).

4. Eligibility

4.1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).
4.2. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
4.3. Employees of Five Guys, their immediate family members, and any third parties professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

5.1. To enter, participants must sign up to receive Five Guys marketing newsletters using a valid email address.
5.2. Entry is available through any marketing channel, including but not limited to:

• Online sign-up forms
• Social media advertisements
• QR codes in restaurant locations
• Five Guys website
• Click & Collect sign-up opportunities

5.3. Each new email address used to sign up counts as one entry.
5.4. An email address may only be used once throughout the entire duration of the promotion.
5.5. Duplicate entries using the same email address will be void and do not count as further entries each month.
5.6. Existing newsletter subscribers are not eligible and are not automatically entered.

6. Monthly Entry Cut-Off

6.1. Entrants must sign up by 12:00 (midday) on the last Thursday of each month to be entered into that month’s draw.
6.2. Sign-ups received after this time will be entered into the following month’s draw.

7. Prize

7.1. Each month, one winner will receive a £50 Five Guys Digital Gift Card.
7.2. Gift cards will be issued digitally via email.
7.3. The gift card can only be used at Five Guys restaurants in the UK.
7.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

8.1. A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received that month.
8.2. The random draw will take place on the last Thursday of each month.
8.3. The winner will be sent their digital gift card via the email address used to sign up.
8.4. No response is required from the winner, and there is no redraw if:

• The winner does not engage with the email
• The email is unopened, unacknowledged, or goes to spam

8.5. Five Guys accepts no responsibility for an inability to deliver the prize due to:

• Incorrect email entry
• Technical issues
• Email provider restrictions

9. Data Protection

9.1. Personal data provided during the sign-up process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9.2. All information regarding the collection and processing of entrant data is available in the privacy information provided on the sign-up form.

10. Limitation of Liability

Five Guys is not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, corrupted, or invalid entries
• Technical failures of any kind
• Incorrect or incomplete email addresses submitted by entrants

11. Verification

Five Guys reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify entries if fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the entry process is suspected.

12. Changes to the Promotion

Five Guys reserves the right to:

• Amend these Terms & Conditions
• Suspend the promotion
• Cancel the promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Platform Disclaimers

Where the promotion is advertised on third-party platforms (including, but not limited to: Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Google, YouTube, Snapchat), please note:

• These platforms do not endorse, sponsor, or administer the promotion.
• Entrants provide information to Five Guys, not the respective platform.

14. General

14.1. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
14.2. The decision of Five Guys in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final.
14.3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
