These terms explain how Five Guys Rewards work. By joining or using your Rewards account, you agree to these terms.
1.1 Five Guys Rewards is a free loyalty programme operated by Five Guys in England, Scotland and Wales. The programme lets you earn and redeem rewards on qualifying purchases through our restaurants.
2.1 You must be at least 16 years old and resident in Great Britain to join. We may ask for proof of age or address. One account per person.
Join by scanning the Five Guys Rewards QR code in‑store or registering online. Once registered, you can save your unique QR code to your mobile wallet or access it in your Five Guys account. Please keep your account details secure and up to date.
3.1 After joining Five Guys Rewards you will automatically earn one reward.
3.2 Rewards are intended as a thank you for visiting Five Guys and may vary over time.
3.3 Some rewards are personalised, based on how you use Five Guys Rewards (for example, frequency of visits or type of purchases); some rewards are randomised.
3.4 You earn one reward each time you buy a qualifying sandwich from Five Guys. To earn a reward you must scan your QR code at the till or digital order point or Drive-Thru tablet and spend a minimum of £7.
3.5 Rewards are not earned at catering or pop‑up events, or on orders placed through third‑party delivery platforms (such as Deliveroo Uber Eats or Just Eat) or via Click&Collect unless we expressly say otherwise.
3.6 Rewards are personal to your account and can only be redeemed by you on your own order. They and cannot be shared, transferred or combined with another account. You cannot use rewards earned by another person and you cannot allow anyone else to use your rewards on their order.
3.7 Purchases paid for with a Five Guys Gift Card still earn rewards
3.8 Rewards are automatically added to your digital wallet; there is no points system and no stamps to track.
3.9 Multiple Rewards can be applied and redeemed within the same transaction, providing they are all linked to the same unique QR code. This excludes third party vouchers such as Blue Light Card.
4.1 Reward options will vary from time to time. These General Terms apply to Five Guys Rewards as a whole. Specific rewards terms will apply in addition to these terms and will be set out on our website. If there is any inconsistency between these General Terms and a reward’s specific terms, the reward’s specific terms will apply.
5.1 You can view your rewards in your online account, at the till with a Five Guys crew member or at an in-store digital order point. We may correct your rewards if they have been allocated incorrectly.
6.1 If a technical issue prevents scanning or display of a valid reward, or if you forgot to scan your Rewards Pass during a qualifying visit, the reward won’t be added automatically. You’ll receive a code at the bottom of your receipt, which is valid for 72 hours after your visit. You can log into your Five Guys Rewards account and add the code to your wallet using the ‘missed reward’ section. After this time, you won’t be able to claim the reward. Only one code can be claimed per day.
7.1 Rewards can be redeemed from 5 am GMT the day after they are earned and must be used within 30 days (or such other time as set out in the specific rewards terms), after which they expire and are removed from your account. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Available rewards and the items they apply to may change from time to time. If you choose to add a chargeable extra or upgrade to your reward you must pay for these separately. The programme is only available and the rewards can only be redeemed in Great Britain.
8.1 You must not sell, copy, tamper with or misuse your QR code or rewards. If we cannot verify eligibility, we may refuse redemption. Five Guys team members reserve the right to refuse reward redemption where misuse or inappropriate behaviour occurs. We may suspend or close your account, remove rewards, or refuse redemption if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
9.1 Rewards are subject to availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw Five Guys Rewards, acting reasonably. Where possible, we will give advance notice. If the programme is withdrawn, we may allow a reasonable period to redeem existing rewards.
You can close your account at any time by logging onto your Five Guys account. Any unused rewards will be lost when your account is closed.
10.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with Five Guys Rewards is limited to the value of unused rewards on your account. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for any business or commercial losses.
