“SkinnyDip Galentine’s Day Giveaway”

1. Promoter

The promoter is Five Guys JV Limited, 1 Bard Road, London, W10 6TP (“Five Guys”).

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date of entry. Employees of Five Guys, its franchisees, agencies, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

The competition opens from the time the post is published on the official @fiveguysuk Instagram and TikTok accounts on Friday 13th February 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 15th February 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  • Like the competition post on Instagram or TikTok.
  • Follow @fiveguysuk on the platform you’re entering on.
  • Leave a comment tagging your Galentine’s date. 

No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. The Prize

Five (5) winners will receive the following prize package (“the Prize”):

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered. Five Guys reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. Sizing and specifications of the Prize will be requested from the winners and is subject to availability. 

  • Two (2) Five Guys x SkinnyDip crewneck jumpers.
  • Two (2) Five Guys x SkinnyDip t-shirts.
  • Two (2) Five Guys x SkinnyDip tablet/iPad sleeves. 
  • Two (2) Five Guys x SkinnyDip AirPods cases.
  • Two (2) Five Guys x SkinnyDip phone cases. 
  • Two (2) Five Guys x SkinnyDip water bottle. 
  • One (1) £50 Five Guys gift card. 
6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.

  • The draw will take place on Monday 16th February 2026.
  • The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered on (Instagram or TikTok) by the official @fiveguysuk account.
  • Once contacted, the winner will be asked to provide an email address so that Five Guys can confirm details and make arrangements via [email protected].
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Five Guys reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity & Data Protection

By entering, entrants agree that their name, social media handle, and entry (including any comments or imagery) may be used by Five Guys for publicity purposes related to this competition. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with Five Guys’ Privacy Policy.

8. General

Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be void.

  • Five Guys reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta or TikTok. Entrants provide their information to Five Guys, not to the platforms.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
